Why did you stop shipping international and Canada orders?
We are sorry but we had to stop shipping international and Canada orders because no matter how much we tried there was always issues with shipping of the items and items not getting in time to the destination. Even when we prioritized these orders and shipped same day or next business day most clients would still get mad because of shipping speed. Shipping international or Canada packages is expensive and take a long time. Most clients would not want to pay the guaranteed delivery fees that post office charges because they are extremly high for the size of product we sell. It was not economical for us to continue to get complaints on missing packages or packages that did not arrive do to post office speed of shipping and have to re-ship items to try to get them delivered. We found it took 30 or more days to receive these type of packages and that is just not what we like to hear. If we only offered the most expensive tracked guaranteed delivery then we got complaints the shipping is too expensive. Do to this we are no longer choosing to ship these type of orders. We are sorry.

Considering our items are customized and printed to order our fast delivery, outstanding customer service and quality gift-boxing service help to simplify your shopping experience. We guarantee that our products are 100% free of defects in quality and workmanship. Most items ship in just 1 to 3 days, and we offer rush delivery on most products for those last-minute gifts.
Returns - Returning Damaged / Defective Items? / Cancel Order
Our satisfaction is our top priority. Do to the personalization of the product returns are not accepted however if we made a mistake we are more then happy to fix it. It is important for you to ensure the proper spelling of the customatization is submitted with your order as we will print exactly as we get it.
 
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer. If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item will be required to be returned to Mypixelpress for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product. Mypixelpress will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items has arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Mypixelpress representative to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Mypixelpress reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Mypixelpress support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Mypixelpress.

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  1. Contact Customer Support through the online "Help Desk" form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.  Do to customization of the product returns will not be accepted unless the item is damaged or miss-printed.Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your "Question," and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.
  2. Please email us at helpdesk a digital image of damaged or defective product
