Enhance your Curadle Brooder Incubator with our innovative pet brooder dividers, designed specifically for suckling kittens and those little gymnasts that love to climb. These sturdy dividers are built to support climbing without allowing the kittens to go over, ensuring their safety and stopping that suckling behavior. The openings have been tested with 3 day old kittens head and they do not fit through. Numerous holes in the dividers provide optimal airflow, ensuring better heat distribution throughout the incubator. Each divider is 3D printed to fit the incubator precisely, guaranteeing a seamless fit. We have tested the divider with 2 dividers for heat distribution see photos to see the close to same temperature in all sections.
Unique feature is that you can easily move the dividers to different positions. You can easily create 1 , 2 or 3 sections on the go. All dividers are removable for easy cleaning.
Each incubator divider comes in two sections that are screwed together with stainless steel screws. The incubator system includes a base that is taped to the incubator drawer and a top bar that is also taped to the incubator top wall. The two dividers that are included can freely move back and forth to any designated position. The system also comes with two support bars that provide extra support for each divider and snap into place next to the divider.
To make installation easier, the system includes two tools that allow you to easily install the base and top bar without the hassle of aligning them perfectly.
The most common question we receive is whether you can expand the dividers to the edge. To keep costs down and due to limitations of our 3D printing capabilities, this is the maximum size we were able to offer as part of the multiple divider system. As you can see they do not go all the way to the edge as it would create very small slots. However you can purchase single dividers which are compatible with the multiple divider system. Either add them to the tracks pre-installed, or use the single dividers sold separately, which fit in the empty spots to the right and left of the multiple divider system. However, please note that adding more dividers may block airflow significantly, and this has not been tested for airflow yet.
Please note that the thermostats pictured in sample images are not included. We highly recommend purchasing some to monitor the temperature in the sections and following our detailed instructions for optimal heat distribution.
